Admission free of charge! The exhibitios and events by the Salzburger Kunstverein are accessible without fee.
The Salzburg Kunstverein is situated on the edge of the old town centre in the Nonntal district. Near the Nonntal Bridge (Karolinger Bridge) on the left side of the river Salzach you find the stately building dating from the late 19th century next to the county court.
How to reach the Künstlerhaus:
By bus:
Bus number 3 and 8 (bus stop “Künstlerhaus” directly in front of the house)
Bus number 5, 6 and 25 (bus stop “Justizgebäude”)
Bus number 7 (bus stop “Justizgebäude”)
By car:
Take the motorway exit Salzburg Süd, Anif and follow directions to the centre, keeping straight on the Alpenstrasse. Before coming to a kind of roundabout at the Rudolfsplatz the Künstlerhaus is situated on the right. There are parking spaces behind the building. There are also two parking areas near the Petersbrunnhof in Nonntal (five minutes away on foot, parking fees are charged).
By bike:
The “Tauernradweg” leads along the river Salzach directly behind the building.
